Key Responsibilities
As a Monitoring Officer, your day-to-day tasks will revolve around ensuring efficient waste management operations across assigned zones. Some of your core duties will include:
- Conduct daily site inspections to evaluate waste collection, street sweeping, and transportation.
- Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of contractors and operational staff.
- Ensure on-ground resource deployment at Transfer Collection Points (TCPs), Weighbridges, and dumpsites.
- Maintain records of incident reports, compliance checks, and daily reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with local communities to resolve complaints through the Complaint Management System.
- Assist Assistant Managers (AM) in various operational, administrative, and reporting tasks.
- Support large-scale activities during special events such as Eid, Christmas, Monsoon Season, or anti-dengue campaigns.
- Supervise android-based attendance of field staff.
- Contribute to planning and implementing sanitation strategies for assigned areas.
